all acrylics I would describe my work as abstract expressionism where I seek to express emotion and the emotional impact of a scene on the observer.
Abstract work-in-progress:
The series "Through the Mists of Time" explores vague memory, its interrelationship with dreams and the emotional impact of dreams on our consciousness. In the series "Emotions" I address the direct expression of emotion in colour and form. "Hard Place" explores the convoluted nature of our thought processes.
